OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — Duncan Industrial Solutions is excited to announce the acquisition of Atlantic Tool Systems of Hawthorne, New Jersey on November 20, 2009. Atlantic Tool Systems (ATS) has been a specialist in the sale and use of abrasives, pneumatic and cutting tools on the East Coast for more than 30 years.

Duncan Industrial and ATS have strategically partnered on several projects over the last two years. The synergies of the two companies set up a great opportunity for growth together.

Duncan Industrial will continue to operate the ATS distribution center and sales office in New Jersey to support customers in the Eastern United States. Jay Montague, former President of ATS, will lead the sales and operations of this location for Duncan Industrial as its Director of Sales – Atlantic Tool Systems Division.
